During the summer of 1968 a teenage boy goes to work for a matchmaker who has survived the Holocaust - both their lives are forever altered.

17-year-old Uri has botched his first army interview. Since Uri’s father moved out, his mother has been sleeping in Uri’s room. However, Uri is seeking his own path and his own room to deal with this world.

A la suite de la mort accidentelle de son époux, Dafna se bat pour surmonter sa douleur et s'en sortir financièrement. Tout cela se fait au détriment de ses enfants. Alors que Bar, cinq ans, se sent abandonnée, Ido, onze ans, consacre son temps à essayer de battre le record mondial de saut libre en plongeant dans une piscine vide. Leurs aînés, Yair, adolescent rebelle, refuse de retourner à l'école tandis que Maya se réfugie dans la musique tout en gérant plus ou moins ses jeunes frères et soeur. Chacun tente à sa manière de faire son deuil, mais la famille est menacée d'implosion. Un incident inattendu va pourtant les réunir...
