The Tough Titty is about to go under after losing a lot of money and gaining no customers. After they bring together their staff for the night to declare bankruptcy and lay offs, little do they know that around them the city is being sieged by the walking dead.

Revenge is served on a spear when dirty cops brutally murder Devin, an innocent African-American med student. Devin's soul is magically transferred into the body of an action figure named Ooga Booga. Armed only with his tribal weapon and the help of his old girlfriend, Donna, Ooga Booga takes to the streets and trailer parks to find the men who stole his bright future away from him. The bodies begin to pile up as Ooga Booga slices and dices his way through crooked cops, meth heads and demented city officials in order to clear his name.

Rabbit has escaped the Evil Bong’s World of Weed, and has opened a topless bowling alley. When his old friends, Larnell and Sarah Leigh stop by to help him celebrate his wacky new business venture, the Evil Bong gets hot on his trail.

Serial killing cookie, Gingerdead Man, tracks down the lone survivor of his murderous rampage, who unleashes the Evil Bong once again.

With Larnell, Sarah Leigh, Rabbit, Velicity and a lobotomized Gingerdead Man trapped in her dastardly web of weed, the Bong World, for good, EeBee the Evil Bong once more sets about her plan for world domination.
