Oscar is coming of age, against his better judgment. In doing so he must experience the necessary evil of leaving something behind, but he can still feel it in the pit of his stomach.
The film is Dave Prosser's response to the visit he made to Seoul - at the invitation of SICAF - and is drawn from his sketchbook observations of city life. The seemingly random elements tell the tale of a day in the life of three different characters who live in Seoul - all of whom are watched over by the ever present Mountains which ring the city.
Joe is preparing to leave home, triggering flashbacks to his time with childhood friend Neill, through fun times, adventures, divisions when a girl comes on the scene and also the bad path that Neill goes down.
