Sep 08, 2009La célèbre photographe Esther Kaufmann, en manque d'inspiration, vient passer quelques jours dans la maison de vacances de son amant et éditeur Rolf Berghoff. Ce dernier lui annonce qu'il couche avec son assistante et qu'elle est enceinte. Il veut rompre avec sa femme et sa maitresse. Il peut enfin avoir la chance d'élever à nouveau un enfant après la perte de son fils Tom, mort dans un accident de Canoë au Canada. Bouleversée, Esther décide de rester quelques jours dans cette maison, sans Rolf, parti en rendez-vous en Suisse. Elle fait la connaissance de Paul, qui habite la maison d'à côté, un garçon étrange, très intéressé par l'alcool, la drogue et les filles. Mais Rolf est retrouvé mort dans l'étang du coin quelques jours plus tard. Que s'est-il donc passé? Un thriller psychologique menant intrigue, sentiments et secrets enfouis.
