Andre Stander tomba sous les balles de la police à Fort Lauderdale, en Floride, et Patrick McCall trouva également la mort dans les mêmes circonstances à Johannesburg.Alan Heyl fut, pour sa part, arrêté et jeté en prison en Grande-Bretagne. Il fut libéré durant les années quatre-vingt dix.
