Kitka was just a little girl when she lost her mother. Now, in her late teens, she makes her first life choices. Her grandfather, her father and even her late mother are determined to help the adolescent girl. However, suffering from the family trauma and in constant conflict with each other, they themselves seem to need help. They do not make it any easier for Kitka so the girl decides to take matters into her own hands. She embarks on a series of funny adventures, meets a number of strange characters and experiences first romantic entanglements. Eventually, everything ends wonderfully well, and the literal sense of the word wonder is not to be forgotten in this context.

Dans une chambre d'hôtel, Krysyna Janda, actrice, parle des derniers moments de la vie de son mari, le chef-opérateur Edward Klosinski. Elle s'apprête à tourner le nouveau film d'Andrzej Wajda : Tatarak. Elle y joue le rôle de Marta, une femme d'âge mûr qui reprend goût à la vie aux côtés de Bogus, un jeune homme qui lui rappelle ses fils disparus. Ces deux histoires, celle de Krystyna et celle de Marta, se fondent autour d'une même douleur : la perte de l'être aimé.

'Courage' is about people whose lives get disturbed by a violent act, which forces them to reveal who they really are.

Kryminalni was a Polish crime drama television series that aired on TVN network from September 18, 2004 until May 24, 2008. It ran for 8 seasons and 101 episodes were broadcast in total. It was created by Polish director and screenwriter Piotr Wereśniak and produced by MTL Maxfilm studio. The series followed life and work of police officers from the elite Criminal Terror and Murders Division of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police; the title refers to police officers in the crime section. The three main characters were Adam Zawada, an experienced, tough cup, his younger colleague Marek Brodecki and Barbara Storosz, an ambitious female officer who in the first season joins the team just after graduating. Although none of the main actors had had star status before the series debuted, all three of them rose to prominence and popularity during the 5-year-long run. Many of Poland's best known actors guest starred, usually playing roles of people involved in just one particular investigation. The serial was one of the most popular in Poland: each week it had an audience of 4 million.
