Les trois frères ninja partent pour le parc d'attraction Mega Moutain ou ils espèrent rencontrer la superstar de TV Dave Dragon. Pendant que les garçons s'amusent, le maléfique Lotahr Zong et ses sbires prennent en otage tout le parc et demandent une rançon de dix millions de dollars. En voyant leur star favorite se faire capturer par les bandits, les garçons vont passer a l'offensive en utilisant leurs formidables pouvoirs et sauver ainsi leur héros et les autres otages.
