Roadrunner United était un projet organisé par le label américain de heavy metal Roadrunner Records pour célébrer son 25e anniversaire. Il a culminé avec un album sorti dans le monde entier le 11 octobre 2005, intitulé The All-Star Sessions. Quatre "capitaines d'équipe" ont été choisis pour diriger 57 artistes de 45 groupes Roadrunner passés et présents, et produire et superviser les 18 titres de l'album: puis (maintenant ancien) le batteur de Slipknot Joey Jordison, le chanteur et guitariste de Trivium Matt Heafy, le guitariste de Fear Factory Dino Cazares et le leader et guitariste de Machine Head Robb Flynn. Le projet d'album a été coordonné par Lora Richardson et a été mixé par Colin Richardson et Andy Sneap. Le DVD inclus avec l'achat du CD est un documentaire sur le "Making Of" des chansons. Il présente les sessions des quatre capitaines d'équipe faisant leurs chansons.

Ending Is the Beginning - The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show

On 21.12.2012 in the Fox Theater in Pomona, California, a Suicide Silence Memorial-concert for Mitch Lucker took place. The motto of the concert was "Ending is the beginning". A range of guest-musicians, friends and fans of the Deathcore-legend Suicide Silence concelebrated with the band in loving memory of the late singer. Mitch Lucker died on 01.11.2012 after a tragic motorbike crash. He left his wife and their daughter Kenadee behind.

Roadrunner Records: The Making of the All Star Sessions

Organized by American heavy metal record label Roadrunner Records to celebrate its 25th anniversary. It culminated in an album released worldwide on October 11, 2005, entitled The All-Star Sessions. Four "team captains" were chosen to lead 57 artists from 45 past and present Roadrunner bands, and produce and oversee the album's 18 tracks: then (now former) Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, Trivium frontman and guitarist Matt Heafy, Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares, and Machine Head frontman and guitarist Robb Flynn. The unprecedented project was the brainchild of Roadrunner UK General Manager Mark Palmer and Roadrunner USA VP of A&R Monte Conner. The album project was coordinated by Lora Richardson and was mixed by Colin Richardson and Andy Sneap. The All-Star Sessions spawned one single and music video ("The End"). The DVD included with the CD purchase is a documentary of the "Making Of" the songs. It features the sessions of the four team captains making their songs.
