Television adaptation of the play "The Ballad of Petrica Kerempuh", based on the famous collection of Kajkavian songs by Miroslav Krleža.

A group of village boys found a gang under the leadership of the most intelligent amongst them - Pero the Lump. They decide to renovate an old and abandoned watermill on the outskirts of their village. A discord amongst the villages has caused the mill to remain unused. To make sure it stays closed, the corrupted steam mill owner is ready to bribe customers. Pero's gang does not want to give in under the pressure of corrupt villagers...

A student of architecture from Zagreb believes that the new model of city can meet the need of its citizens. However, his professors, the corrupt business environment and even the parents of his fiancée stand on his way.

It is 1918, the evening of The Great War. Austro-Hungarian empire is collapsing, and all around Croatia there are outlaw deserters, fighting in forests. A city journalist decides to become a country schoolteacher, just to find some peace in that restless political situation. But, neither the village is safe from the militaristic policy of the imperial goverment.

Gertrude, mère d'Hamlet, et le roi Claudius font venir Rosencrantz et Guildenstern à la cour d'Elseneur pour surveiller Hamlet dont le comportement est pour le moins étrange. A la suite de la représentation d'une pièce demandée par Hamlet qui est véritable réquisitoire contre Claudius. Ce dernier somme les deux hommes de partir pour l'Angleterre en compagnie d'Hamlet et leur confie une lettre dans laquelle il demande à la Cour britannique d’exécuter le prince.

Europe in second half of 16th century was very rough place to live. Peasants of Slovenia and Croatia had even rougher times because of the constant threat of Turk raids and being taxed to death in order to provide defence against the Turks. But, the worst things were arrogant local feudal lords led by Franjo Tahi who were oppresing the common folk. All that led to the great peasant revolt of 1573. The movie is made for the 400th anniversary of the event.

The series follows the capture of the inserted Ustashas during Operation Guardian in 1947-1948.
