The Ninja Turtles are going out of this world. Way out! Their arch villain Shredder has concocted two new mutants and a gigantic robot to destroy the turtles. Après avoir été accidentellement exposé a un produit mutagène, quatre tortues sont recueillies par un rat nommé Splinter qui les élève comme ses propres enfants et leur apprend l’usage des arts martiaux. Le jour de leur 15ème anniversaire, les Tortues Ninja sont autorisés à sortir pour la 1re fois des égouts où elles ont été élevées et peuvent enfin visiter les rues de New York ! Mais la grosse pomme réserve quelques surprises à nos quatre intrépides, les ennuis ne font que commencer !

Les Tortues Ninja sont quatre petites tortues qui deviennent humanoïdes, à la suite d'un contact avec une étrange substance chimique rose, le mutagène. Splinter, un maître en arts martiaux transformé en rat à la suite d'une mutation similaire, va les accueillir dans les égouts de la ville de New York et leur enseigner le Ninjutsu, l'art des ninjas. Ils vont ensuite faire la rencontre d'une journaliste nommée April O'Neil, qui va les aider à lutter contre la bande de Shredder, un méchant qui se cache derrière un masque de fer.

Teachers Only is an NBC television sitcom centered around the faculty of a high school; in the first season the school was Millard Fillmore High in Los Angeles, but in the second it is Woodrow Wilson High in New York with a changed cast. In both seasons Norman Fell played Principal Ben Cooper, but Lynn Redgrave's character, Diana Swanson, who had been an English teacher in the first season, became a guidance counselor in the second season. Redgrave and Fell were already established names when this show aired, but two of the supporting stars in the second season, Jean Smart would go on, three years later, to play her best known role, that of interior design studio receptionist Charlene Frazier Stillfield on the long running show, Designing Women. Also, Jean's co-star Teresa Ganzel became well known for her many game show appearances in the 1980s as well as her appearance in the comedic miniseries, Fresno. This show ran for only two seasons, in 1982 and 1983.
