Chaque territoire dispose d'une déesse qui veille dessus.  Cependant, Neptune la déesse de la ville futuriste de Planeptune, ne se souvient plus de rien et fera très bientôt la rencontre des autres déesses. Qui sont : Noire, la déesse de la ville steampunk de Lastation, Blanc, la déesse des terres magiques enneigées de Lowee et Vert, la déesse de l'ancienne ville de Leanbox.  Les quatre déesses devront travailler ensemble afin de mettre hors d'état de nuire la sorcière maléfique Arfoire.
