Après une tournée mondiale épuisante, le groupe envisagea un "retour aux sources" et décida d'offrir gratuitement une série de concerts à la population islandaise en gage de "remerciement" ("giving back" furent leurs mots). Le film retrace leur parcours lors de cette tournée de 15 concerts autour de leur pays natal, alternant scènes conséquentes et prestations en pleine nature (avec ou sans public). Le groupe fut accompagné du réalisateur Dean DeBlois et de son équipe. Le montage, tantôt calme, tantôt plus agressif, voyage entre les prestations, les paysages islandais et les interviews/anecdotes des membres du groupe.

The songs played within are Ný batterí, Svefn-g-englar, Fljótavík, Inní mér syngur vitleysingur, Sæglópur, Festival, E-Bow, Popplagið and Lúppulagið. The bonus material contains All Allright, Glósóli, Hafsól and Við spilum endalaust.

We will see early shows that wowed the world and home movies of some of the greatest circus families. Director Benedikt Erlingsson takes us back to the days when the most outlandish, skillful and breathtaking acts traveled the world. This rich visual archive has been created with exclusive access to The University of Sheffield’s National Fairground Archive and is accompanied by an epic new score by Georg Holm and Orri Páll Dýrason of Sigur Rós, in collaboration with Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson and Kjartan Dagur Holm.
