A young, depressed man is trying to move on with his life after his girlfriend's bizarre death. One day, a mysterious woman notices him at work and convinces his coworkers to introduce him to her.

A young woman is convinced that someone inhabit her house during the day.... She will quickly decide to buy a camera to record what is happening in her apartment during her absences.

Toko Amano worked as a detective, but to take care of her sick husband she quit her job. After her husband passed away, Toko Amano now works as a crisis management expert. 3 days ago, Toko Amano's former mother-in-law rode on an express train with beds. She witnessed a man strangling a woman and told the train conductor, but he thought she imagined it. The police later searched for the woman's body, but could not find her. Toko Amano boards the same express train that her former mother-in-law rode. She looks for the dead body.

The Eternal Founntain was broadcast as the Saturday Drama Special on NHK. Laywer Akio Yamauchi takes over the court-appointed attorney for Yoji Kuramoto who confesses to murdering his wife. While following Kuramoto's action in Yamanaka and being sure of his innocence, Yamauchi remembers his wife who passed away 12 years earlier.

This 2 night special takes off during their graduation, where Chiaki-senpai & Nodame left for Europe. The first special centered on Chiaki's story, the story tells about Chiaki's dream to be a conductor. Nodame on the other hand attended the conservatory to attain her dream to one-day play the piano for Chiaki. After her hard work, Nodame was given a chance to have a mini recital. During the recital, Chiaki saw her worth and realized that he cannot go on with out her.

Makino Tsukushi, une jeune fille sans argent, intègre le lycée privé Eïtoku. Ce lycée est côtoyé par de jeunes riches, mais surtout par le célèbre F4. Composé des quatre plus grands héritiers du pays, le F4 sème la terreur au lycée Eïtoku. À cause d'un malheureux concours de circonstances, Tsukushi va s'attirer les foudres de tout le lycée, mais surtout celles du F4. Malgré tout, Tsukushi décide de leur tenir tête et déclare la guerre au F4.

Chiaki Shinichi est le meilleur pianiste de l'université Momogaoka. Mais lui rêve depuis tout petit est de devenir chef d'orchestre. Un problème : suite à de mauvaises expériences, il a développé une grande peur des voyages en avion ou en bateau. Il se sent donc piégé au Japon et ne sait pas jusqu'où il pourrait aller. De plus, il tient à apprendre le métier avec Sebastiano Viera, un chef d'orchestre qu'il a pu côtoyer enfant. Dans cette université, il y a aussi une fille bizarre, surnommée Nodame (Noda Megumi). Un jour, elle retrouve un jour un Shinichi ivre et endormi à côté de chez elle et le recueille pour la nuit. Ce dernier est alors réveillé par le son du piano de Nodame... et se retrouve en plein milieu d'un appartement qui pourrait s'apparenter à une décharge. Après s'être remis du choc, il remarque quand même que parmi tous les mauvais musiciens entendus au Japon, elle sort du lot. Shinichi se dit qu'il a peut-être quelque chose à faire au Japon...
