The story takes place in a future where the human race has expanded and inhabits a multitude of planets in the universe with fantastic technology. Unsurprisingly, crime has grown alongside technology, and thus the GOTT, Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, is formed as a sort of universal police force. Within this organization, there is a special (and secret) branch known as the ES Force (ES standing for "Encounter of Shadow-work"), consisting of twelve young people that possess amazing superpowers. Each ES member operates with another as a team, and the series' focus is a team of two low-level members, Éclair and Lumière. As the series progresses, they start to see the darker side of GOTT and its secrets.

Batou est un cyborg vivant. Son corps entier a été fabriqué par l'homme. Seules lui restent des bribes de son cerveau et le souvenir d'une femme. Kindaichi, Miyuki et Fumi sont invitées à la station balnéaire de l'île bleue profonde par leur senpai Akane, la fille du président du groupe Aizawa. Un groupe de criminels s'infiltre dans l'hôtel en tant que serveurs pour tuer les membres du groupe Aizawa. Les criminels ne connaissent pas leur patron en personne, et ils ne savent pas non plus qu'il se trouve dans l'hôtel avec les membres du Groupe Aizawa.

In a future, decimated Earth after the discovery of a mysterious, alien spacecraft dubbed "Orphan". A group of researchers scour the planet for Orphan's disc plates using mecha called "Antibodies" in order to revive the craft, an event that would result in the utter destruction of all lifeforms on Earth. The protagonists Yu Isami and Hime Utsumiya must utilize a special Antibody called "Brain Powerd" to counter the Orphan plans and save humanity.

Yuko et Eri, deux jeunes filles tout à fait normales se retrouvent projetées dans un monde peuplé d'étranges petits hommes. Le peuple de ce monde mystérieux voit alors en elles de "Grands Protecteurs" capable de les protéger du conflit qui embrase leur monde. Les deux jeunes filles, avec l'aide d'un petit groupe du village où elles ont atterri, essayent de découvrir comment elles ont arrivées là et partent à la recherche du moyen qui pourrait les renvoyer chez elles. Malheureusement prises dans les conflits de ce monde si étrange, elles se retrouvent être des instruments politiques.

Turn A Gundam prend place dans pendant l'année 2345 du Correct Century. Après des siècles d'isolement, les habitants de la Lune (appelés Moonrace ou Sélénites en français) en manque de ressource décident de revenir s'installer sur Terre. Mais ce retour est perçu comme une invasion par les terriens qui s'organisent alors en milice armées. Lors d'une bataille, Loran Cehack jeune éclaireur sélénite arrivé sur terre 2 ans auparavant et maintenant bien intégré, découvre un mystérieux Mobile Suit : le ∀ Gundam.
