Cependant sa tâche deviendra d'autant plus compliquée lorsqu'il tombera sous le charme de sa belle professeur principale : Makoto Natsukawa, qui redoute un certain passé. Malgré cela elle fera de son mieux afin que Ruka s'intègre rapidement à sa classe.
En même temps fera l'entrée d'une élève de la classe de Ruka nommée Kaori Takagi qui tombera rapidement sous le charme de notre beau vampire...
