It tells the story of a family whose recent loss of their daughter make them receptive to the haunting of a murdered child as they move into an old bungalow.

A woman has been divorced by her husband who is a female leg. Her husband considered her a village woman, always embarrassing her in front of her friends. She worked as a government midwife in a remote area but her presence was not liked by a traditional midwife. Various slanders were made by the traditional midwife to drive her out of the village. However, he got moral support from his uncle, who became the village head. She was often harassed by three men who were so married that they were willing to use force. Yet he was able to maintain his dignity. The villagers began to accept his presence.

This film portrays the issue of child trafficking and the intervention of authorities on that issue.

The story is told in flashback style. It begins with the 78-year-old Nora meeting 40-year-old Dr. Aniq at an old folks home. Since the young man resembles her husband, Kamil, she tells him the story of how she ended up alone a long time ago. As it turns out Nora met the love of her life, the son of a millionaire, in college but because she was ashamed of her background she claimed to be an orphan. When her parents learned about her wedding and showed up at the ceremony, she cruelly turned them away. Without her parents’ blessing, things began to turn bad.

Haji Zaini and Dato' Osman, two family friends, have promised an arranged marriage between their two children, Fazira and Yusry, when they were still very little. Twenty years later, Yusry returns home from England as a handsome and educated young man. After not seeing each other for seven years, Yusry is appalled to find her childhood sweetheart (and future wife) as an overweight and introvert young woman. Deeming Fazira as not being up to his taste and standards, he rejects and humiliates Fazira in public. A year later, a beautiful model, Erra, turns up and captivates Yusry's heart, but all his attempts to befriend the model are shunned and pushed away.

Duyung tells the tale of a young man named Jimmy who has this habit of taking care of the environment. He also has a weird habit which is not well received by the other villagers. Jimmy befriends Orix an apeman species. Quietly he developes this feeling for Aspalela the daughter of Tok Mudim the leader of the villager.

A businessman who wishes to see his son one day takes over his business and marry's the girl of his choice, The identity of Juliana caused qutie a stir when her photo got mixed up and Faiz wasn't pleased with the girl in the photo that was presented to him. He furthermore paniced and decided to run away. Faiz eventually befriended Hafiz and decided to work at a car repair shop. One day Juliana dropped by at the repair shop and had blown Faiz away with her beauty. He instantly fell in love with her and was willing to do anything to be with her. He finally got on her father's good side and was offered a job as a driver and a personal bodyguard for Juliana. She was not pleased with this as it had disrupted her earlier plannings. With all that is happening Faiz begs that Hafiz continues on this charade. Will their true identites be revealed in the end?

Azam, who is convicted on charges of robbery is finally released after serving a 17-year sentence. With hopes of starting life anew, he hopes to reconcile with his family. However his ex-wife Latifah and daughter Haniza does not welcome his presence in their lives. Even Musa, Latifah's new husband forbids them from communicating. When things turn for the worst and Azam is desperate without family and money, he began turning to his bad company of friends. Will he follow his past footsteps and be bathed in crime again?
