All set to enjoy their day off, three high school friends, Yukino, Asako, and Natsu, board a seemingly normal train... when suddenly, a deafening sound and a flash of light envelop them!....But the three arrive at school the next day as if nothing happened. And yet, something is not right....They see oddly familiar faces, their families are out of sync and they are chased by strange men in black. Plagued by these nightmarish sensations, Yukino flees, only to find herself in front of the amusement park they were heading to on that fateful train ride. Slumping to the ground, Yukino comes to a strange realization....They are stuck between nightmare and reality, between the walls of two worlds that are closing in on them. L'histoire se déroule un an après le premier film. On y suit les deux survivants rentrer chez eux et tenter d'alerter l'opinion publique sur ce qui s'est passé sur l'île. Leurs déclarations provoquent un chaos sur tout le pays, violemment réprimé par le pouvoir militaire. Ce dernier décide alors de faire participer les deux opposants à la deuxième session de Battle Royale en compagnie d'une classe beaucoup moins tendre que la précédente.

Une séduisante machine, appelée Reiko, accumule le maximum de données sur l'acte sexuel. Lorsque celles-ci sont perdues à cause d'un virus, Reiko va être réinitialisée par un programmeur à la retraite, puis relancée dans le cyberespace afin de les retrouver. La mutante à l'expertise étendue fait voler le cœur des spectateurs dans un vertige pornographique et numérique éblouissant.
