Max Fiedler est un contrôleur aérien, maladivement jaloux de sa copine Darcy, à tel point qu'elle finit par le quitter. Un jour, Max entre en contact avec des déchets nucléaires et développe un pouvoir de télékinésie. À présent, il est prêt à récupérer la femme qu'il aime... et pourquoi pas à se venger de quelques trouble-fête au passage.

A man in Central America finds his brother's murdered body. It turns out that his brother has been murdered because he knows the whereabouts of a lost city in the jungle. The man teams up with a search expedition and goes off to hunt for these ancient ruins. Unfortunately, almost every member of the group has plans to double-cross the others. All is resolved in bloody fashion in the middle of the jungle wilderness.

Meet the Raisins! spoofs musical documentaries with its use of anthropomorphic food characters. Through its historical perspective, the special also provided an opportunity to elaborate on the personalities and introduce names of the simple yet popular characters. It follows the California Raisins' humble beginnings, rise to musical success, fall from stardom, and eventual comeback. This includes "home movie" clips, scenes of the group's early days as the Vine-Yls, concert footage, and interviews with the people behind the success of the California Raisins including manager Rudy Begaman. The group is also shown performing various hit songs

Cher... and Other Fantasies is a 1979 prime time network special starring singer and actress Cher, featuring songs from her latest album "Take Me Home". In this special, Cher finds herself trapped in a strange building, where various fantasies await her behind every door. The memorable opening number “Aint Nobody’s Business” sees Cher on a tour of fashion from Eve in the Garden of Eden to disco at Studio 54 all while parading in dozens of stunning Bob Mackie creations. There's also a roller skating fantasy sequence and a second Garden of Eden moment when Andy Kaufman shows up as Adam and Cher plays the snake. Elliot Gould guest stars as a painter who resides in the building, Shelley Winters turns up in a skit about acting and Lucille Ball plays a cranky old washerwoman. To date this is Cher's last traditional variety-format special. The program was nominated for a 1979 Primetime Emmy Nominee for Outstanding Costume Design for a Limited Series or a Special for Bob Mackie and Ret Turner.

200 ans dans le futur, la Terre est devenue invivable en raison de la pollution, des guerres et conflits politiques en tous genres. De plus, une nouvelle épidémie contamine à chaque nouvelle naissance les enfants qui souvent meurent en atteignant l'âge de neuf ans. Une théorie précise que cette maladie est due à l'absence de nature et par conséquent des microbes bénéfiques à l'organisme. La mission, appelée « Projet Eden », a pour but d'explorer une nouvelle planète située à 22 années-lumière de la Terre et de préparer l'arrivée de nouveaux colons, notamment des familles avec des malades. Mais après un voyage de 22 années, leur vaisseau s'écrase en dispersant sur la planète tous les containers utiles à la création (vivres, matériaux de transport, médicaments, matériel de communication... ) de la nouvelle colonie, New Pacifica. Commence alors pour les survivants un long périple dans un monde inconnu peuplé de créatures mystérieuses.

L'ours Baloo, la panthère Bagheera, le tigre Shere Khan, le roi des singes : le Roi Louie ; l'éléphant Colonel Hathi et le serpent Kaa se remémorent les aventures qu'ils ont vécues durant leur jeunesse.
