It is 1976 in Yugoslavia. Brotherhood and unity is also evident on the local radio station, where everyone is rejoicing. Namely, they received the award for the most homogeneous collective. The most homogeneous collective, however, soon begins to disintegrate, as it turns out that the award is in fact intended for the best individual.

Ivan is a retired music teacher in his late 70s, and has grown weary of life. His estranged son never matched up to his expectations anyway, he is still eaten up with jealousy of his brother, who always enjoys life to the full, and - above all - he cannot keep up with the changes around him. He buys himself a plot in a graveyard with an beautiful view of the Alps and checks into a retirement home so he can wait for his death in peace. However, the exact opposite happens: for the first time in his life Ivan starts to actually live.

The comedy takes us to a small Slovenian town in which a pre-election fight is being established in Parliament. After the online coincidents become the main heroine of the event teacher Didka, which the client included on the candidate list only to the so-called ' female quota '.

Zdravko is a retired widower. His daughter never visits him and he lives a solitary existence. One day, he notices that people who walk their dogs in the park stop and chat. So he borrows his neighbor's dog, Wolfy, takes him to the park, and his plan works. He finds people to talk to - but he forgets about Wolfy and the dog is gone. What is he going to tell his neighbor?

A partisan battalion falls into enemy trap more than once, which makes them suspect it's about treason. Their commissar and commander move the unit in a remote settlement in order to discover the enemy agent. This draws a lot of suspicion and distrust within the unit, and finally it was the head of the battalion who was charged as guilty, and executed. However, was he the real intruder? The commissar and the commander take the battalion to a new battle without definitive knowledge of the whole present situation.

Veronica is a high school student studying to be a glazier, although she dreams of being a theatre actress. The only thing that she finds joy in at school is the company of her friend, Klemen and writing the script for a theatre play in her spare time together with a retired actress whom she has befriended. Nor does anyone else understand Veronica. When all her plans go awry, she ends up in a home for juvenile delinquents. When she is released into the custody of her parents again, she eludes their vigilant guard and runs away to the country, to Klemen. Only Klemen's father makes it abundantly clear to her when she gets there that Klemen will not stand by her side either. Veronica finds herself out on the street again, where everything is possible and the future is open to her...
