Two traffic officers on a quiet morning shift try to stop a car for speeding. When the car finally pulls over, the driver gets out and shoots at them, killing one of the officers in cold blood. A national alert is issued and an extensive search for the ruthless killer begins, with the Beck group at the lead. Neither the officer’s shocked and wounded colleague nor any of the witnesses have seen anything helpful to the police. Finally, they find the car registration number using a surveillance camera. But, when they enter the car owner’s apartment, they find him shot to death. The first day of summer is a long one for the Beck group, as the killer has more victims on his list.

Anders, Kenneth and Steven went to high school together. Today they are 38, still living in the Swedish suburb but now in completely different stages of life. This warm mockumentary covers the lives of these 3 men.

Peter Magnusson appeares as the three main characters of the TV4 miniseries Blomstertid. The mockumentary mini-series follows Kenneth, Steven and Anders during their school years in Bromma spring of 1994 and 14 years later. Three different life stories that are woven together and depicted with both seriousness and humor.

Although the event has shattered her world, she nonetheless manages to ‘function’ smoothly on a daily basis – whether this involves trying to sell Sara’s dog Truls, picking up her second daughter’s son from his piano lesson, eating with the family of an evening, attending a session with a spiritualist or going to a bar. These are all things she would have done anyway, and a strict routine helps prevent her pain from rising to the surface. Only when Sara’s former boyfriend visits does she begin to see a path through all her denial, speechlessness and feelings of guilt.

Jens and wife Åsa pack up the family to spend the summer in the archipelago. The idyll, however, does not appear when it comes out that the in-laws do not intend to leave the cottage to Jens and Åsa, but plan to spend the whole summer there with them.

Hilma and Ola are desperately trying to get pregnant. They struggle to start a family, while their surroundings get involved with advice on how best to succeed.
