Après la disparition d'un os de dinosaure, le chef de la police secrète chinoise décide de confier l'enquête à un de ses pires agents. Avec tous ses gadgets et un indic qui souhaitre le tuer, ce 007 chinois va devoir retrouver l'objet perdu.

Wong, un petit escroc spécialiste du mahjong, s'exile à Macao après avoir assassiné un homme. Il devient serveur dans un restaurant et reprend ses activités d'escroc notamment en trichant et forçant son patron lui céder en gage son enseigne. À la suite de son refus obstiné, Wong, pris de folie, massacre un à un sa femme et ses enfants. Il décide ensuite de les dépecer et les cuisiner sous forme de brioches qu'il sert ensuite aux clients. Depuis quelques mois, personne n'a de nouvelles du patron et de sa famille. Par hasard, des restes appartenant à l'un des membres de la famille sont retrouvés par les autorités. L'officier Lee et son équipe sont sur l'affaire...

A Hong Kong diva dies of a heart attack during a rehearsal with her faithful servant. Unaware of her death, the servant goes about her life as usual, until she is visited by the diva's spirit. The diva coaxes her servant into believing that the only way to bring her back to life is to find her long lost love, Prince Charming. Ironically, he is both the diva and the servant's love interest.

A man is jailed unfairly for his debts, so his son (rarely used actor Steve Yu) takes up a job as a traveling medicine salesman and street performer to get him out. During his travels, he is killed in a confrontation with the son of a local kingpin. The son's kung fu school colleagues, along with the grieving sister and love interest, come to town as street performers in order to investigate and/or avenge his death. A local ally of the hero pretends to play both sides of the conflict....
