Kang est un policier véreux qui raquette et vole les dealers et les suspects. Cho est quand à lui, un homme d'affaires riche et posé, pourtant c'est un dangereux criminel. Lors d'une confrontation entre les 2 hommes, Cho blesse Kang au visage qui ne souhaite dès lors, qu'une chose : se venger.
