Buck, un électricien un peu looser, est complétement amoureux de la belle Mady, elle qui ne recherche qu’un beau héros musclé comme le shérif de la ville. Cependant suite à un accident de travail, le souhait de Buck de conquérir le coeur de Mady semble pouvoir se réaliser. En effet, il devient le super héros Electroshock !
