Un certain nombre d'épisodes ont été effacés au début des années 1970, comme c'était la procédure habituelle à l'époque. Un grand nombre d'épisodes sont toujours manquants, mais certains réapparaissent de temps en temps ; par exemple, le niveau sept de la série deux, diffusé à l'origine le 27 octobre 1966, a été rendu à la BBC à partir des archives d'un diffuseur européen en janvier 2006.
