Brésil, quelques années après l’abolition de l’esclavage. A la mort de leur dernière domestique noire, les trois femmes de la famille Soares sont complètement désemparées dans la ville de São Paulo qui se développe de manière vertigineuse. Incapables de s’adapter aux exigences de la métropole, Isabel et ses filles Maria et Ana s’isolent et s’abandonnent à la nostalgie d’une époque révolue. Parallèlement, Iná, ancienne esclave des Soares, arrive en ville avec sa famille et se trouve confrontée à une structure sociale qui n’a pas encore intégré les Noirs affranchis comme citoyens à part entière. Les délires de plus en plus réguliers d’Ana annoncent la tragédie qui plane sur tous les personnages.

On set, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, a stressed film director begins another day of filming, reproducing the celebration of the first mass in Brazil. Suddenly three strange agents emerge from the forest and abruptly interrupt the scene. Authoritarians, they confiscate the filmed negatives. The paranoid director grumbles: "Are they from the government?". The execution of the film is compromised. Will the director in trouble be able to complete his film?

A loose stage adaptation of the classic by Alexandre Dumas, told as an interactive electropop musical experience, breaking the boundaries between stage and audience.

At a bar table, old samba singer and composer Adoniran Barbosa tells a young waiter stories about a São Paulo that no longer exists. He fondly remembers the maloca where he lived with Joca and Mato Grosso, their passion for Iracema and other characters eternalized in his sambas, chronicles of a metropolis swallowed up by the voracious appetite of progress.

Tom is a young man who, overwhelmed by graduation from high school but with no college prospects, decides to kidnap his friends and reform their rock band from eighth grade.

The movie follows Fernando, a 16-year-old teenager from the conservative countryside of Sao Paulo as he decides to meet up with an online hook up after being mercilessly teased by his friends for being a virgin. Fernando hides his homosexuality from everyone and ends up meeting his date, an older man, in a remote area of the woods where they are both out of sight. The sexual encounter promises to be a romantic one but ends up being a traumatic episode that will undoubtedly haunt Fernando the rest of his life.

Sofia has a very clear goal: pass the entrance exam, find a job and leave home. However, when the school where she studies is occupied by her friends and classmates, she finds herself in a dilemma between continuing to study alone or sharing her knowledge in transforming the school.
