En 1905, dans une fabrique textile de Turin, les ouvriers, soumis à un rythme de travail infernal, voient se multiplier les accidents. Trois d'entre eux entrent en conflit avec le contremaître à la suite d'un nouveau drame. Il est alors décidé, en guise de protestation, que tous partiront une heure plus tôt ce soir-là. Mais cette action n'est pas du goût des patrons, qui profitent de l'inexpérience de ces hommes simples pour les berner. Les sanctions tombent. L'instituteur Sinigaglia, un militant socialiste, fraîchement débarqué de Gênes, pousse les ouvriers à s'organiser...

Le film se passe à Vicence, en 1956. Anna est la femme de Giacomo, impliqué dans la politique locale au conseil municipal. Dans la pratique, elle reste à la maison pour s'occuper de sa belle-mère. Petit à petit, elle apprend à mieux connaître Angela, la bonne, que pour rompre la monotonie des jours de la province, la pousse à des confidences qui débouchent rapidement sur des jeux érotiques toujours plus poussés, causant la mort accidentelle de la belle-mère. Finalement, à l'instigation d'Angela, le tout abouti à un « ménage à trois » avec le pharmacien Mario.

The boy Vito is a portrait of beauty and wide-eyed innocence spawned from a violent family of kidnapers and murderers in the South of Italy. Their mission is not only to become champions; they will also have to rescue the "official" driver of the Drakers' team, who disappeared at the beginning of their adventures, and another task of their main mission is to find the X-Rall, a basic component for their cars.
