The scientist Prof. Dr. Franz Hergarten has to leave his playmate, the blonde Lisa, at home, because he is supposed to bring highly explosive and important documents from Germany to New York as an important secret bearer and courier of a certain organization. An ocean liner is chosen as the means of transportation. German security forces are to accompany him and shield him from unwelcome strangers. Soon Hergarten realizes that some agents of hostile powers, who are also keen on the secret papers, are on him, using every trick and weapon imaginable - including women.

After having challenged the German Ottone to single combat for the hand of Leonza, the bishop's niece, the valiant knight Anselmo da Montebello, leaves for Rome where he must deliver a precious relic to the Pope and obtain a sum of twenty-thousand crowns in order to participate in the third crusade in the Holy Land. A hotel owner, in competition with a rival owner, finds a cache of lost treasure on the bottom of the bay after trying to drown himself which turns his life upside down.

The plot is similar to the first part. The nieces and their aunt again get some men into bed.
