Sandra (Sandra Ng) is in for a serious dose of culture shock when she returns from her studies abroad to her home in Macau, where her father is the head of a major network of underground gambling, prostitution, and other assorted super-vices. PK and PS are best friends and both work as hookers. PS owes a gambling debt to her pimp, and PK asks her boyfriend, Lung, to intervene, unaware that he’s an undercover cop.

Mr. Lee, a senior social worker, has been fed up with all sorts of social problems that cannot be resolved. He wants to resign after passing his expertise to the new comer, Candy.
