Une Chinoise continentale, Wu Chien-Lien, assassine une prostituée hongkongaise afin de lui voler son passeport, son identité et s'installer chez elle à sa place. Elle décide de faire venir son mari et kidnappe, pour lui dérober ses papiers, un chauffeur de taxi, Lai Yiu-Cheung. Cependant, la mère du chauffeur et sa petite fille de 4 ans apparaissent et risquent de mettre ses plans en péril...

High school teacher Lam Yiu-Kwok is in the midst of a midlife crisis. His wife, Man-Ching, has been unfaithful; his friends are reaping the rewards of successful business careers while he earns a comparatively meager salary at an unglamorous job; and one of his young students, Choy-Lam, has fallen for him. When Man-Ching leaves for a month to help her former lover, a jealous Yiu-Kwok is tempted to retaliate by pursuing an affair with Choy-Lam.

Afin de mettre la main sur Dragon, un gangster notoire, deux flics en civil font une longue planque dans l'appartement d'une femme âgée. Peu à peu, les deux inspecteurs sympathisent avec la vieille dame et deviennent des familiers de l'immeuble. Jusqu'au jour où le gangster est de retour…

Tien-You has recently taken on a job as a security guard in an old mansion, and on the first night he takes his friends Nam and Priscilla along to keep him company. While exploring, they discover a mummy hidden away in the basement, which Tien-You accidentally breaks. The next day, Tien-You finds to his horror that his body is becoming dried out and transforming due to a curse from the mummy.
