Movie War 2010 est divisé en trois parties. La partie Kamen Rider Decade du film, écrite par Shōji Yonemura , est intitulée Kamen Rider Décennie: La dernière histoire ( Kamen Raidā Dikeido ~ Kanketsuhen ~ ) . Il suit la série cliffhanger se terminant à l'apogée de la guerre des cavaliers . Le film est facturé comme le "True Ending" ( Hontō no Owari ) et était à l'origine sous-titré Décade contre tous les cavaliers ( Dikeido Tai Ōru Raidā ) .

Suzuki’s world is shattered when his teenage daughter is brutally attacked. The assailant, Ishihara, son of a politician, brazenly mocks Suzuki as he throws him cover-up money. Angry, Suzuki finds he has no answer to Ishihara and in venting his anger, loses his daughter’s trust too. A sleep-deprived, crazed Suzuki goes to Ishihara’s school wielding a knife. He does not find Ishihara, but instead forms an alliance with an odd group of school misfits called the Zombies. The group’s elusive leader, Pak Sun Shin, decides to train Suzuki, who quits his job and embarks on a punishing programme to win back freedom for his daughter.

The name of the sender is the female whose mysterious death from a fall, is the subject of Kosaku’s new novel.

The drama takes place in the 28th year of the Meiji Era. After their victory in the First Sino-Japan war, the whole of Japan is celebrating.
