In the spring of 2022, four athletes on The North Face team, Emily Harrington, Brette​ Harrington, Christina Lusti and Hilaree Nelson embarked on the trip of a lifetime. Their expedition to climb and ski epic first descents on Baffin Island, Canada became a celebration—of their​ accomplishments, of their friendship, and of their lives.​

The first woman to climb the British grade of E9 (super hard, super sketchy), Hazel is a connoisseur of loose rock, dodgy gear, and big run-outs. Having mastered the scrappy sea cliffs at home she teams up with Emily Harrington to tackle the massive, untamed big walls of Taghia Gorge, Morocco.

Réalisée par la journaliste et photographe américaine Caroline Treadway, le documentaire Light pointe la dérive qui a conduit ces jeunes femmes (pour la plupart) à perdre du poids à tout prix pour réussir en tant que compétitrices et grimpeuses professionnelles. C’est le cas d’Angie Payne et d’Emily Harrington qui racontent au fil du film leur long chemin pour sortir des TCA engendrés par leur volonté de réussite à tout prix en escalade.
