YOSHIKI produced and collaborated with artists from various countries such as the United States, Europe, China, and Japan with songs he arranged himself. "Yoshiki Under the Sky" will be released ahead of the world in Japan on Friday September 8th. This project started with YOSHIKI's message to the whole world that we can overcome any difficulties, even in a time of global crisis.

Le 4 mars 2017, X JAPAN s'est finalement produit au SSE Wembley Arena de Londres, un concert très attendu par de nombreux spectateurs, surtout après avoir dû être reporté une fois. L’esprit de la foule pouvait être ressenti dans l’air, même à l’extérieur de la salle, malgré le temps britannique impitoyable et pluvieux. De nombreux fans se sont présentés en plein équipement des produits X JAPAN précédents, ainsi que du cosplay des premiers costumes du groupe avec les cheveux énormes et les tenues extravagantes qui leur ont donné leur réputation.

NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen (ＮＨＫ紅白歌合戦, "NHK Red and White Song Battle"), more commonly known simply as Kouhaku, is an annual New Year's Eve television special held on December 31 every year, and produced by Japanese public broadcaster NHK. It is broadcast live simultaneously on NHK General TV, BS4K, BS8K and NHK radio (nationally) and internationally on NHK World Premium and some overseas (mainly cable) broadcasters who buy the program. The program divides the most popular music artists of the year into competing teams of red and white. The 'red' team or 'akagumi' (紅組) is composed of all female artists (or groups with female vocals), while the 'white' team or 'shirogumi' (白組) is all male (or groups with male vocals).
