Two brothers plan to steal the precious jewel of Nefertiti's eye in a famous exhibition hall, but they are not the only ones who want it. There is a scuffle in which a policeman dies and one of the robbers falls on the dead man.

Leandro, an unemployed mason and his friend, Tocho, attempt to rob a tobacconist in the Vallecas district of Madrid, but Mrs. Justa, the tobacconist, impedes it alerting the neighbors who notify police. Inside the shop, the confrontation between the two friends and their 'hostages', the tobacconist and her niece Angeles, is relaxing, and a budding sympathy arises between them.

The movie tells the story of four beautifull and young girls: María, Pilar, Patricia and Virginia. They all work at the bingo and while they sell bingo cars they fill the room with smiles, happyness and excitement. But not all in their lifes is a game. They have all type of problems and dificult situations at work: the harassment of men, the quirks of the players ... but by the end love will win, as well as the joy of life and optimism.

A young bank clerk is transferred, in view of his special way of being, to a branch for misfits, where he will meet a whole series of very strange characters.

Un homme humble parcourt l'Estrémadure avec son fils, Eleuterio Sánchez, mieux connu sous le nom de El Lute. Il vole des poulets et est condamné à six mois de prison. Des années plus tard, il est impliqué dans le vol d'une bijouterie au cours duquel un agent de sécurité est tué. El Lute est jugé pour cela et condamné à mort, une peine qui est commuée en réclusion à perpétuité. Finalement, lors d'un transfert en train, il parvient à s'évader, devenant l'homme le plus recherché d'Espagne.
