The not-too-distant future. Humanity is dying out. One day, a man who collects junk meets a boy from the sea. In a world where no one can live without protective clothing, the boy is naked. The film depicts an encounter between the old humans and the new.

Tomie, la garce démoniaque, fait des siennes dans trois histoires. Elle rend un adolescent jaloux au point qu’il décide de la tuer mais la belle ne cesse de revenir à la charge. Un photographe retourne dans sa ville natale dans l’espoir de retrouver son amour de jeunesse et découvre la jeune fille inchangée malgré les années. Enfin, un médecin légiste qui a vu sa vie brisée par Tomie décide d’en finir pour de bon avec celle qui ne peut pas mourir.
