At a car accident site, Ji-Noo (Ryoo Seung-Bum), Na-Mi (Koh Joon-Hee), Jung-Sook (Ryoo Hyoun-Kyoung) and Yakuboo (Samuel Okyere) find a bag filled with money. They become involved in a dangerous case.

Law of the Jungle is a hybrid reality show combining elements of drama and documentary. The show is hosted by comedian Kim Byung Man, and each episode invites various celebrities from the various field. So far, many of idol stars and famous actors have appeared on the show. The show introduces viewers to exotic locations around the world where celebrities must work together in order to complete missions and survive. The cast celebrities travel to less habituated, natural places to survive on their own and experience life with local tribes and people. In each location, the guests are tasked to hunt and prepare their meals and also create shelter for the tribe. They sometimes confronted by many difficult challenges. Where will the tribe visit? Suite à des problèmes de santé, il va devoir faire une pause dans sa carrière et intégrer l'école. Wang Chi Ang est l'héritier d'une grande société chinoise. Pour répondre aux attentes de son père et vivre avec sa mère, il va suivre le même enseignement. Dotés de personnalités totalement opposées, une rivalité va s'installer entre eux. Ils seront néanmoins soutenus par deux étudiantes, Sim Sun Deok, une jeune fille sérieuse et dévouée multipliant les emplois pour subvenir aux besoins de son père aveugle et Hwang Seon Ah, la meilleure élève de l'établissement et la fille du directeur de l'école. C'est dans ce contexte qu'ils vont tous se retrouver à cohabiter et découvrir au fil du temps les mystères entourant la « Moorim School ».

Les présentateurs de l'émission sont au nombre de 7, ils affrontent seul ou ensemble les invités afin de gagner la « course finale » et de gagner des « Running Ball ». Ces dernières sont utiles pour éviter tout genre de punitions qui varient selon les épisodes. Les présentateurs sont la plupart du temps mélangés avec les invités pour rendre les défis plus équitables étant donné que les présentateurs connaissent déjà à l'avance certains jeux contrairement aux invités.

For every city/country, 3 of the cast members are assigned as 1-day tour guides and are given the same budget per person. The cast members will attempt to have the best vacation experience with a fixed price limit. The Small Luxury can only be won by the winning tour guide through the judging of the remaining cast members and invited guests for each day tour, in terms of food, places of interest and accommodation.
