A young Russian boy, Thomas Minton, travels to New York as a passenger on a Russian freighter. Close to Ellis Island he gets off and thus starts his journey to America the same way as all immigrants in former times. Thomas is searching for the family of one of his ancestors, who had emigrated decades ago, but once sent a letter home together with a sample of his new profession: 3D-Photography.

Tensions, along with demons from the past, rise as a young farmer, the mashgiach (kosher supervisor) and the local Rabbi try to decide what to do about the mysterious illness infecting the cattle.

A Jewish romance begins when Asriel, a turn-of-the-century, rich Boston widower returns from a visit to the old country with a man he believes is the perfect man for his daughter. But when the two meet, his thoroughly modern daughter is appalled by this pious scholar, or is she?

Mais à leur arrivée sur place, surprise, leur ami est introuvable! Nos héros vont bientôt se rendre compte que ce dernier est coincé à l'intérieur de son propre jeu vidéo! Ils vont devoir se serrer les coudes et combattre ensemble pour l'aider à sortir de ce monde virtuel.
