From Genie and Mr. Taxi to Gee and Into the New World, the girls presented a nonstop lineup of their hit songs. They also prepared special stages like Tae Yeon and Tiffany's Lady Marmalade, Hyo Yeon's Don't Stop the Music, Jessica's Almost and Soo Young's Sway. Croyant fortement en l'importance de chaque vie, c'est à l'aide d'une pilule spéciale qu'il parviendra à contrôler sa transformation à la vue du sang afin de soigner ses patients.
Par la suite, celui-ci se voit recruté au sein d'un hôpital en qualité de chef d'équipe pour la section chirurgicale. Il y fait la rencontre de Yu Ri Ta, jeune femme et médecin aussi arrogant que compétent, se trouvant aussi être la nièce du directeur de l'établissement. Discrédité auprès des autres médecins par son jeune âge, celui-ci gagne rapidement leur confiance lorsqu'il reçoit du directeur l'autorisation de relever Ri Ta au cours d'une opération délicate. Son succès ne lui attirera pourtant qu'envie et rivalité. Parviendra-t-il à garder son identité secrète au contact permanent du sang et des humains ? Et qu'adviendra-t-il lorsque celui-ci découvrira la vérité cachée sous la disparition de ses parents ?
