The Order of Rights is a pro-life film. The story centers around Emma Stein, a pregnant single girl who has been advised by her mother to have an abortion. Despite the objection of the child's father, Ethan Carpenter, and his promise to help her, she decides to go ahead with the procedure. When Ethan and his family file a lawsuit on behalf of the child's right to life, the drama escalates as Emma's mother, Kerri, contacts a friend in the Associated Press. Before long, the case is mired in media frenzy. The court has to decide whether the child in Emma's womb is a person or not, and if so, if it is endowed with the unalienable rights as enumerated in the Declaration of Independence. The title, "Order of Rights" refers to the order in which the categories of rights are deliberately listed in the document: Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.

Natalie, an ultrasound tech with a history of not finishing things, is inspired by a cancer patient to sign up for a Triathlon. Natalie is introduced to the strange (and aerodynamic) world of triathletes and meets a colorful cast of characters as she trains for the Nation’s Triathlon. With the support of her new teammates, she digs deep to discover just how far she can push her mind and body.

Unable to get a lead, the police are forced to try an unconventional way to catch this serial killer before he strikes again. They bring a psychic named Katie onto the case to try and predict his next move and finally put an end to this towns nightmarish ordeal. As she is trying to help the police, Katie begins seeing a prominent psychiatrist to deal with some of her own dark issues that begin to surface during the investigation. As she gets closer to the killer people she cares about begin being murdered one by one, causing her to seek out this killer on her own ensuing into a battle for her very soul.
