Depuis son combat contre le Pteracuda, le sharktopus est toujours au large et rôde ce coup-ci du côté de la République Dominicaine. Ray, un capitaine de bateau un peu alcoolique sur les bords, et son acolyte Pablo, sont engagés par un prêtre vaudou afin de tuer le Sharktopus et de lui ramener son cœur.
