A young filmmaker begins shooting his 'perfect horror film' during a movie marathon, oblivious that a real life killer will exploit, inspire and alter the outcome of his movie.

Un jeune homme tue accidentellement son ex-petite amie dans un accident de voiture. A l'hôpital, il entend parler d'une chambre 41 dans un motel local. Tomber dans un trou dans le sol le ramène 12 heures en arrière. Il essaie ensuite de prévenir l'accident qui a tué la fille.
