Les membres d'un empire ninja sont en possession d'un objet de pouvoir composé de trois pièces individuelles d'une sculpture ninja qui, une fois combinées, rend les bras du propriétaire imperméables aux lames. D'autres ninjas pensent que l'empire ninja a besoin d'être réformé et de voler deux des trois sculptures. L'empire ninja riposte avec des messages menaçants transmis via de minuscules robots qui exigent le retour des pièces puissantes. Les serviteurs de l'empire Ninja forgent plusieurs tentatives pour attaquer les voleurs mais sont rapidement contrecarrés.

Dragon Kong, a victor of a millionaire's martial-arts contest, is about to begin the most dangerous mission of his life. A couple camping in the woods is attacked by a trio of thugs and the wife is beaten and raped. A few months after the assault, she is hunting down the three (who happen to be diamond smugglers) by posing as a dealer looking to sell some stolen merchandise. Meanwhile, her Interpol agent husband is doing some tracking of his own in the hopes of bringing them to justice. As they make their plans, a group of ninjas is watching from afar, waiting to make their move.

Three boys drop out of military school. They get jobs working at a hotel, but it's about to go under. They decide to help the owner raise enough money to stay in business. They prove that sex sells by holding "Miss Purity Pageant" starring some of the females staying at the hotel.

When the Purple Ninja Empire get their hands on a lost treasure map, the race is on to find the legendary Burmese treasure. Two warriors join forces to claim the riches, but treachery and deceit stand in their way.
