A teen couple plans for a night in private when the boy’s parents are away. At first it appears as a cosy night of sofa lounging, snack eating and film. But it soon becomes evident that beneath the façade of relaxed mutuality, there is a relationship based on insecurities and demands. Due to a fight, the parents cut their evening short, and when they return, the situation gets out of hand and feelings of hurt lead to abuse. Adolfsson paints a gruesome picture of adolescent love and how fears and expectations can completely override a young person’s will.

Ulrik Hansson (Ralph Carlsson) est un architecte d'une quarantaine d'années qui mène une vie paisible dans une banlieue tranquille, entouré de sa femme Monika (Ewa Carlsson) et de ses deux enfants. Pourtant, le lendemain, Ulrik se réveille baignant dans le sang et découvre avec étonnement que sa famille a disparu. S'apercevant également qu'il est victime de crises de somnambulisme, il tente une expérience en filmant ses errances nocturnes afin de retrouver sa famille. Commence alors le dramatique voyage d'Ulrik dans son inconscient le plus noir.

"Kvarteret Skatan" was a Swedish comedy-series depicting a few characters living in a fictional block called Skatan (the magpie) in an unnamed suburb of Stockholm. Here we meet characters such as Paul and Tord, Horny Gun, Gert and the talibans Conny and Britt. It was aired between the years 2003 and 2006.
