A case of mistaken identity.

A homeless family and their neighbors in the city of Manila are plagued by attacks from a Manananggal. A little boy named Teks suspects a nun working at a free clinic, to be that flying creature but no one believes him. Will he be able to prove his suspicions before he becomes the creature’s next victim?

Almira and Susan give birth at the same time in the same hospital. Gary steals Almira’s newborn child and switches the infant to one of his newborn twins; in revenge to Almira’s decision of rejecting him, Gary concocts the wicked plan with his friend Kardo to switch the babies. However, one of the twins dies in the process of switching and the Del Valles are made to believe that the stillborn child is theirs. Gary then persuades Amante to adopt one of his twins to spare Almira from despair and sorrow. Amante agrees for a fee and Gary hands one of his twins to Amante. Kardo, feeling remorseful documents every detail of the event on his diary. Susan names her daughter Mara while the Del Valles name their child, Clara.

In three tales of extreme horror, a young couple hires a mysterious nanny for their baby; a a young woman discovers that her sister has been dead and been made alive again; and a student unwittingly brings home from a beach field trip the egg of a horrible alien monster.

Ariel escaped being run over by a chauffeur-driven car with Cathy and her sister. The movie moved on with the main characters meeting for the second time in the restaurant where Ariel worked as a waiter. She was so smitten she did everything to win him over.
