Ji-eun, a member of North Korea's dance troupe and the daughter of the North Korean leader, escapes to the South after one of their perfomances. Eager to explore the liberal life in Seoul, Ji-eun searches for a new life of freedom in South Korea. She soon comes across Joon-ho, a leader of a local rock band. Their relationship then takes unexpected turns as they become closer to each other. Meanwhile, the intelligence agency in South Korea learns of a conspiracy being orchestrated by the American CIA to disrupt the peace on the Korean peninsula; the CIA plots to secretly kidnap Ji-eun. Secret forces from the North and South reluctantly agree to work together to prevent a possible war between their two countries.

Rim Gae-soon est une jeune femme de Corée du Nord mais ce n'est pas une femme comme les autres. C'est une espionne qui débute dans le milieu. Sa première mission est d'aller s'infiltrer en Corée du Sud. Cette jeune espionne essaye de cacher son identité en venant dans un magasin de vente d'hamburger. Mais une bande de jeunes lycéens va en faire son idole sur un site internet et faire croire qu'elle est en fait une espionne. Le problème c'est que c'est bien le cas, et notre héroïne va faire tout son possible pour corriger tout ses problèmes.

Le drama présente la vie d'Eun-wu, un jeune médecin prometteur, Seok-wu, un célibataire de 40 ans qui est aussi terre à terre qu'une savoureuse soupe de pâte de soja, et Tiv, une jeune fille de 21 ans qui vient à Corée à la poursuite de l'amour d'Eun-wu en tant qu'épouse vietnamienne involontaire pour Seok-wu, le frère d'Eun-wu. À première vue, ce drama semble mettre en scène un triangle amoureux entre Tiv et les deux frères. Cependant, il traite en fait de la croissance personnelle du jeune docteur Eun-wu dans l'amour et la vie alors qu'il réalise le vrai sens de la vie à travers Seok-wu et Tiv.
