To be defeated and not be - a victory. This is the motto that life is guided by three young friends: Alek, Sophy and Rudy. Scouts, high school graduates high school in Warsaw drifting ambitious plans for the future broken through September 1939. Entering adulthood in a very dramatic times, which puts them a choice - to survive at any cost, or to join the fighting for a free homeland, risking everything. The boys brought up in patriotic homes, shaped by the ideals of scouting, they decide to fight. They become soldiers, and although every scrape with death, they can live a full life.

The film "Pilecki" is a fictionalized documentary depicting the story of Witold Pilecki, from his youth through action during World War II, up to the imprisonment and death in May 1948.

Trois amis prêtres représentatifs des 33 000 curés que compte la Pologne : l’un est un curé influent dans une ville de taille moyenne, le second évolue dans la haute hiérarchie et ambitionne une carrière à Rome, le troisième officie dans un petit village pauvre de province. L’un d’entre eux est accusé à tort de pédophilie alors que le second use de son pouvoir et de son influence pour masquer ses crimes. L’un comme l’autre ont été victimes ou témoin de tels actes dans leur enfance.
