Lia’s father is imprisoned for murdering his unfaithful wife. Lia is also imprisoned for stabbing her boyfriend, Daniel who refused to take responsibility for her pregnancy. Once out of prison, her fellow inmate, Lucy, persuades Lia to become a prostitute but she refuses. Then Harun, a guy who has been pursuing her, kidnaps her sister, Nina, and asks for ransom. Love happens when Lia meets Handy, a wealthy future doctor. The relationship between Lia and Handy proceeds, although Lia hides her past, and also where she lives. Finally, when Lia pays Nina’s ransom by sleeping with a wealthy man she previously refused, Handy shows up. Handy knows Lia’s activity through Lucy. Together with her sister, she kills Harun, and also Daniel, the other kidnapper. Despite this, Handy still offers his love to Lia.

Lintang (Yessy Gusman) and Bayu (Rano Karno), held a pocong oath, due to the insistence of the villagers who felt their village was polluted. This was done because Lintang, who had just become engaged to Bayu, was declared pregnant, they had sworn not to do anything and did not know that Lintang could become pregnant. Once the oath is executed, the Oath has no consequences.

In a small village, a woman's decomposed corpse turns up showing signs of having been defiled post mortem. A series of other vicious murders occur, with some of the victims' bodies being dumped in a well. Police begin to suspect a necrophiliac is responsible.

Nurlela turned around to play with these men. Meanwhile, Mugeni (Rano Karno), Nurlela's sister, is asked by her superior, Murtado (Sunjoto Adibroto), to find a mate who looks like Nurlela. Aisyah's mother (Nani Wijaya) also appears who wants to match Nurlela with Jupri (Eddy Riwanto).
