Filmed in June 2021 in the Arena Di Verona in Verona, Italy, IL VOLO – TRIBUTE TO ENNIO MORRICONE showcases classical arrangements.

On this release, the group takes on American Christmas classics virtually unknown in their Italian culture. Joining Il Volo for the final song is Spanish-born Mexican singer/songwriter and actress, Belinda, who has sold over 2 million albums in the U.S. and 16 million albums worldwide. The 'Princess of Latin Pop' and Il Volo bring the house down as they sing the popular international Christmas song, "Feliz Navidad," written by Jose Feliciano.

Feb 07, 2021On Saturday 2 July IL VOLO returns to Rai1 with the exclusive concert-event in honor of Maestro Ennio Morricone and will see the special participation of Maestro Andrea Morricone, Salvatore Cascio, Laura Chiatti, Riccardo Cocciante, Marco Giallini and Andrea Griminelli. Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble. The orchestra will be directed by Maestro Marcello Rota. Il Volo has always been linked to the Maestro, with whom he shared the stage in 2011 in Piazza del Popolo in Rome, performing the song “Epiù ti pensiero” on a medley of the musical themes composed by Ennio Morricone for the films “C 'it was once in America' and 'Malèna'. Even in numerous concerts around the world, the Italian trio often presented “Epiù ti pensiero”, as a tribute to one of the greatest Italian excellences, a cultural heritage of the whole world, and dedicated the intense song “Your Love” to him. ” on the stage of the Seventy-first Sanremo Festival.

We Are Love: Live from The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater was shot in March and aired nationally on PBS in June as Il Volo: We Are Love. The special was produced by Richard Jay-Alexander (Barbra Streisand), directed by Scott Lochmus with Detroit PBS as the producing agent. Grammy-winning producer Humberto Gatica and Italian composer Tony Renis produced the music. Both the CD and DVD feature performances of tracks from their newly released album We Are Love: Special Edition (complete track listing below). Also included is a special duet, "Constantemente Mia," with Latin singing sensation Belinda as well as the song that launched them to fame in both the U.S. and their homeland, "'O Sole Mio," the most popular track from their self-titled Billboard Top Ten debut. Each performance showcases their impressively mature, romantic and powerful voices in front of a 22-piece live orchestra and a fully entranced, sold out crowd.

The evenings are characterized by the performance of the trio (including individual performances) and by the presence of guests who sometimes duet with the members of Il Volo. The second concert of the second edition of the concerts was hosted by Il Volo and Federica Panicucci. Sa toute première édition a eu lieu le 24 mai 1956, à Lugano, en Suisse, avec sept pays participants. Depuis, le Concours s'est tenu chaque année (excepté en 2020, du fait de l'épidémie mondiale de COVID-19). Le nombre de pays participants n'a cessé d'augmenter, passant de sept à une quarantaine au XXIe siècle. À travers les décennies, le Concours a évolué, s'est adapté et réinventé, accompagnant les développements technologiques et musicaux, mais aussi historiques et politiques.
