Through fragments of the life of Boris and his son Matej, the film is about the conflict of generations, the gap created by the ideological coloration that one has and the other does not have. Political prisoner Boris, after spending several years in prison, returns home. After the divorce with his wife, in his apartment now live his son Matej, a grown man who is trying to earn his living as a musician, his girlfriend Mira and a hitchhiker that Matej found on the road.

A young movie director is shooting his first film, "The Judge", about the devil as a contemporary personification of evil. But he must face some temptations. In the world in which illusion gets the right to dimension, matters have no gravitation, they are fragile and at the same time constant. Where the corporeal burdens the consciousness, consciously silent, with thirst and wish for penetration into a totally different reality - the images become one, first of all-important element, while they are discreetly thread towards eternity. This is a world in which the only magic is implied.

The agent Ansarov is drawn into the strange, even weird investigation about a number of murders. The victims are agents of various foreign intelligence services. Thanks to his contacts, he finds out all these agents were involved in cruel games concentrated around the search and exploitation of a very rare and precious mineral, even more valuble considering the fact that it is used for producing some very exclusive narcotic. At the same time, the scientific elite is hoping that with this mineral, they can penetrate ther dimensions of the anti-matter. It's been established that the mineral (the Green Diamond) has its own kind of conscience (the aspect of The Cosmic Mind).

In a theater, as the actors agree to set a new play, our protagonist goes to the theater basements full of old costumes to look for Dracula's costume. But, by chance, finds a magic book, which once he opens, it instantly displaces reality and leads him to phantasmagorical journeys.

"Glas" is the most widely circulated newspaper in the country. Editor-in-Chief Gligor agrees with a government minister to bring him into bankruptcy with one goal - to buy him cheap. To that end, they are appointing Anna as the newspaper's new director. Anna is a young journalist, full of enthusiasm, but inexperienced. She believes that the dirty and criminal games in the country are not the most important for a newspaper. In that sense, it's changing the newspaper's editorial policy - it no longer writes about the underworld. The circulation of the newspaper is declining day by day. Faced with the drop in circulation, she is in a dilemma, whether to continue to cover up the dirty things around her or to start publishing them, that is, to expose them…
