Law of the Jungle is a hybrid reality show combining elements of drama and documentary. The show is hosted by comedian Kim Byung Man, and each episode invites various celebrities from the various field. So far, many of idol stars and famous actors have appeared on the show. The show introduces viewers to exotic locations around the world where celebrities must work together in order to complete missions and survive. The cast celebrities travel to less habituated, natural places to survive on their own and experience life with local tribes and people. In each location, the guests are tasked to hunt and prepare their meals and also create shelter for the tribe. They sometimes confronted by many difficult challenges. Where will the tribe visit? Male and female contestants compete for "each other" in romance games. For example guests have to dance in order to impress the person they are after. Contestants are artists, actors, models, comedians, and MCs of the South Korean entertainment industry.

Celebrity guests are split into two teams to compete in various contests. One guest, known only to himself, is designated the "X-Man", and does his best to cause his team to lose the contests. At the end, all guests try to determine the X-Man's identity.

Eun Bang Wool falls in love with Park Woo Hyuk who received a heart transplant from her ex-boyfriend.

Na Hana loves money more than anything. she left her home town for Seoul. She decided that the only way she could be with money is to marry a rich man who will die soon. She soon meets Yoon Ho Sang, a young man who is a poor, troublemaker, and also loves money, but is in diguise of a very rich man who died. these two meet and soon love sparks but Ho Sang has a serious cancer problem which he first lied to a man who he owes money to.

Jang Sae-byuk is a cheerful and grateful orphan who always tries her best. She dreams of one day becoming an interior designer, despite her lack of education and money. Because of an accident that happened before the story starts (about three years ago), she loses her sight and undergoes corneal transplant surgery. Different events unravel when she encounters the Kim family, who has lost a daughter in a horrible car crash, unbeknownst to everyone besides the father and older brother. The stories then intertwine when Sae-byuk meets the Kim's extended family and the son of a big interior design company, Lohas, in Korea.

Le père de Kang Min Ho était autrefois président de l'entreprise Hermia, mais suite à une affaire de corruption, l'entreprise est revenu à son oncle Kang Hyeon Cheol. Sa mère dévastée et trahie par un ami proche se suicide, laissant Min Ho seul. En grandissant, celui-ci devient impitoyable en affaires, froid, aigri et calculateur. Il réclame alors ce qui lui revient de droit, la compagnie Hermia. À sa grande surprise, il y retrouve la fille de l'homme ayant trahi son père, Kim Sun Jeong, qui travaille comme secrétaire pour la compagnie. Cependant, Min Ho cache une maladie cardiaque lui réduisant son espérance de vie, mais il se voit donner une seconde chance grâce à une transplantation. Toutefois, sa personnalité et ses goûts changeront en se confondant à ceux du donneur. Celui-ci tombera ainsi peu à peu amoureux de Sun Jeong.

Mo Seok-hee (Im Soo-hyang) est la fille unique du groupe MC, un grand chaebol (conglomérat). Son grand-père est le fondateur et actionnaire majoritaire du chaebol et son père, Mo Cheol-hee, en est le président. Il y a 15 ans, alors qu'elle était adolescente, Seok-hee a été forcée par son père à déménager aux États-Unis après le meurtre de sa mère
