The relic is the key to the secret location of the priceless ancient library that belonged to Ivan the Terrible. What Ilya doesn’t know is that the search for the lost library has been going on for centuries, and now very powerful people are after him. Ilya and the mysterious stranger decide to try their luck in finding the library.

Popular football player Anton Kovalev, after spending two years in prison for a drunken brawl in a cafe, is released. The offense blocked the successful career of Kovalev, who was previously the captain of the Russian national team. The reputation of a "downed pilot" does not allow him to continue his favorite business and get a prestigious job. The head of the center for difficult teenagers, Herman, who once raised Anton, offers him a place in the center to prepare difficult children for the local Olympics. Out of desperation, Kovalev agrees to the offer, but he does not even imagine how difficult it will be to find a common language with the guys, and what an important place they can take in his life.

Victor Gromov, once a legend of Moscow’s criminal underworld known under the nickname “Butcher”, has since retired and now spends his days enjoying life on his farm. The hostel number 3, in which the heroes lived, is being demolished, and three guys (Michael, Anton and Kuzya) are relocated to a new hostel. In the new building they are settled in block number 510 with the girls Christina, Yana and Masha. Kuzya begins to date Masha, and Anton dates Christina. Later Kuzya leaves for Agapovka, the botanist Valentin is settled instead.

In the small town of Gorovets in the Pskov region, located 30 km from the border with Latvia, an emergency occurred - half of the local police department's management was arrested. And this happened because of the largest legal business in the city - a cement plant: it was flourishing, turnover was growing, thus the enterprise became a tasty morsel for everyone, and the fight for it reached the federal level. As a result, Moscow operatives have to restore order in the city and head the local police department: Major Sergey Malakhov becomes the head of the department, and captains Vadim Gruzdev and Ivan Shadrin head the criminal investigation department.
